This Policy is provided to you by EZCORP family under applicable federal and state laws. It is intended to inform you about the information we collect and how we may share it within EZCORP family as well as with non-affiliated parties. EZCORP family limits its information sharing to only that permitted by federal and state laws. The information in this Policy applies to EZCORP family’s current and former customers. This Policy replaces all previous Privacy Policies issued by EZCORP.

Protecting Your Personal Information

Protecting your privacy is important to us. Our Associate Ethics and Code of Conduct and Privacy Agreements with our vendors and external suppliers require that your personal information remain confidential. We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to our Associate and agents who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. Associates, who violate our policies and procedures regarding privacy, are subject to disciplinary action. Our vendors and external suppliers are bound to uphold our procedures regarding privacy under the terms of our legal contracts with them. Plus, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your personal information.

We collect non-public personal information about you when you visit us in person, over the phone, through the mail, or through our website from the following sources:

We will not share personal information of customers residing in those states with anyone except as follows.
